Worst customer service (slow to respond, closing unresolved tickets), the personal investment analyst who contacted me is completely unresponsive. In order to get your funds back you need to submit a lot of personal information, takes a lot of effort and time. Exchange rates at payout are ridiculous. I can’t recommend to use this app/platform at all.

I wish you develop TouchID login option

It wont even let me register an account. This is a FAIL at the most basic level. Perhaps it does not support IOS 7?

Possibly not compatible with iOS 7, crashes every time I try to see the top people. Its sad because I would use this all the time.

Whatever I do in the app, it asks for my credit card information in order to proceed. If I wanted to use real money to invest, I would put it into real investments, not give it to a useless app.

Has the potential to be a good app but you have to invest a minimum of $200 to do anything. For that reason I deleted.

Force you to sign to see the home page, then asking for 200$ investment to see the features. For that reason I am out. Farewell!

Very good concepts, but there are still some annoying bugs that create frustration, as upload ID picture. I tried many times, and on diverse tools, iPad pro, iPhone 6, IMac. Same result.

Never traded before but I enjoy it as of now because of etoro.

Since the beginning i had random crashes, but since the latest update i wasnt able to run it once :(

it wont connect with 3g. no problems if wifi available
