They're going to cause you a lot of problems getting your money out. I updated my information last year. I made my withdrawal, and it was returned because my address was the same as before. They deducted a large amount from my withdrawal and then returned the money to my Etoro account. I updated my information last year. They aren't responsible for anything. It's a rip-off.

This is a great platform for trading. I love it!

I can’t get help . So I had to open positions app was working good . I woke up this morning to check . It’s glitched the f out , I can’t clicking on my portfolio and wallet and it logs me out idfk what’s going on and you can’t submit a ticket it logs you out and freeze so idk how much I have DOWNT FOWNLOAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS SINCE DAY ONE !!

I found this to be 1 of my favorite investment account App. I do have another but this is the Art of it all here

I signed up for an account with etoro a month ago and am still waiting to be verified. I went through all the steps asked of me but there has been no response a month later even after chatting with the bot and getting a ticket where an agent was supposed to contact me and didn’t. Don’t waste your time with this one.

Nothing to not like! The transactions are easy and the interface is very user friendly and I’m a n00b when it comes to crypto and tech

cannot access account, cannot create a ticket, contacting etoro on X now. it’s been years i’ve been unable to access anything nor make a ticket/speak to anyone at etoro update: on X they have now told me that they cannot escalate without a ticket (which I am unable to create). YEARS YALL YEARS

Terrible customer service. If you want problems, come to this platform. I’ve been here for years, but I promise you, eventually, you’ll face an issue. It’s just a matter of time. This is the worst service I’ve ever dealt with.

So as I’m starting my account, everything’s flowing good until I ask for my phone number my enter my phone number is six send a six digit pin then when I get ready to insert the six digit pin on the eToro app and also the eToro website has 5 underscores to insert a six digit pin. In this is me just inserting my information so that just lets me know off top how this app is gonna run. Keyword run 🏃‍♂️💨

I have not been able to access my account for a couple of years now. EToro does not provide any customer service mechanism to speak with someone. all the help options require me to log in. If I can’t log in, how can I fix this? The process is circular and the app and EToro just stinks as a result. Just have a customer service line so people can TALK to people to solve complicated problems. How would I know if I got hacked or not if I can’t contact anyone? I will always steer people away from EToro until they can get this fixed!
